Most of our functional pieces are made with reclaimed stoneware clay.
They combine a near-porcelain white clay and a stoneware clay. Our mugs in particular hold heat much longer than other types of pottery. They are all dishwasher safe, microwave safe and oven safe up to 450 degrees. We use only commercially prepared glazes that are certified food safe.
